Lighting Experiment

Camera: Canon Eos R8

Lens: Canon RF24-105 4-7.1f + 16mm extension

Tonight I used some adjustable arms to position lights directly beside the lens.

The setup involved 2 small lights on arms beside the lens.

The goal was to provide enough light for higher magnification photos, as the higher the magnification the less light enters the camera. This also allowed me to create pleasing shadows as shown below.

These two show this lights ability to set the color temperature and the effects it can have on a photo!

This was just a random plant a bird must have planted the seed for, it was in an old seed starting tray that was empty aside from some old dirt.

I personally think this photo looks the best out of all, it was done by lowering the light power and setting one slightly brighter and warmer than the other. The other results are below!
